会员9072：位置市中心，房间干净整洁，大冬天挺冷的，到前台登记时邓晓曼客服管家送上热毛巾，热腾腾的红枣茶，真是超级暖心，还送了新鲜的水果，住过的五星级酒店也没有这么好的服务、下次出差过来还是必须住这里，推荐我的朋友们一起住
会员2082：美豪的服务真是让我特别满意。十一出行挺忙的，但是从进门帮提行李的小哥，到前台，一直到打扫的服务员，态度都特别好，给人一种特别舒服的感觉。客服部的邓小曼尤其热情，热情送上水果，并帮我们解决一系列问题。泳池很大，让我们家人在假期中也好好锻炼一次。离虞山和其他景点很近，走过去才两三分钟唯一美中不足的是，希望酒店在餐厅加强禁烟的管理，提供更好的环境。
会员4404：房间装修有些年头了，卫生状况不错，有停车场，早餐也可以，客服人员热情，酒店还很人性化的免费提供各种服务。离虞山和步行街走路十几分钟，蛮方便的。
会员8604：美豪宾馆无论在设施服务态度上都是很好，地处闹市，有免费停车场。一进大厅，前台邓小曼小姐问寒嘘暖，水果毛巾就递了上来，还端着热腾腾的白木耳汤送我到房间。确有宾至如归的感觉。美豪还有免费的下午茶供应，晚上还有热腾腾的一碗面。早餐也非常丰盛。这是我几十年来住到的感觉最好的宾馆，
